It was a hot event, and we’re not just talking about the temperature! The Network @ Night for July was hosted by Sierra Cider, and despite 100+ degree weather, people managed to find this beautiful property and make connections.
We decided to bring the festivities indoors to avoid the heat, but we still had most of our guests join our hosts in the Orchard for a tour of the beautiful apple trees where their product is grown!
Our raffle prizes were donated by our host, Sierra Cider.
Our raffle prize winner was Peggy Rhodes, of Rhodes Vineyard. She won a selection of 3 bottles of this delicious cider.
Our business card raffle winner was Paul John Padua, owner and chef of Rapsilog in Bootjack, and he won one bottle of cider.
Congratulations to our winners and most importantly to the wonderful connections that were made. At this event alone, a new caterer booked an event. These events are about connecting our members with other members and businesses who will help them thrive.
If you are interested in coming to our Network @ Night, keep an eye on the calendar for our next one.
We always encourage our members to come to our Network @ Night events, but there are some members that may not be comfortable just walking up to a total stranger and talking to them about their business. If you are one of those people, give us a call at the Chamber, we will give you a Network Buddy who will help you bridge the gap between your business and others.
