Fitness training is available as an additional service for those members hoping to get a more personalized program designed and led by a professional trainer. Individual, tandem, and group sessions are available. Sessions are 45 minutes in length.
An interactive 90 minute session with a Nutritionist to evaluate nutritional needs, determine individualized goals, and provide the education and empowerment necessary to achieve those goals. Tools and implementation guidelines will be readily available along with reference information. Before completion of the consultation, a specific plan will be devised and follow up counseling sessions will be scheduled to ensure accountability and success!
Follow up counseling sessions are an integral component to success. Nutrition journals will be reviewed, discussed, improved upon, and the plan will continue to evolve taking into consideration individualized strengths and weaknesses. Support and suggestions will be the groundwork for further accomplishment of one’s goals.
